Pastoral Care Ministry |
Pastor Duane Friesen oversees the Pastoral Care ministries at Little Country Church. He serves in the elder ministry and currently is an usher. He and his wife Donna have attended LCC since 1983. |
| Care Ministry | |
| The Care Ministry exists to come alongside the body of Christ at Little Country Church and express God’s comfort and care toward our members in practical ways.
No matter what your age or background, we want to reach out to you in times of trouble or sickness, or difficult circumstance. If you have a surgery scheduled, we want to pray with you before the procedure. If you are in the hospital, we would love to visit you. If you or a loved one are in a convalescent home, we want to meet with you on a regular basis. Our heart is to be there for you and provide support and encouragement from your church family. |
| Prayer Chain Ministry | |
| As part of the Care Ministry, the Prayer Chain is a team of dedicated men and women who take the needs of God’s people before his throne in supplication and intercession. As needs are called into the Church Office, those requests are passed along to Prayer Chain members on a daily basis. Prayer requests are also posted on this website so that we in the body can join in prayer for one another.
Monday mornings at 10 a.m. the Intercessory Prayer Team meets to pray for requests that come out of the Sunday services. |
